Computing
Our Computing curriculum is carefully designed so that it is inclusive and ambitious for every child to encourage creativity and innovation within the four stands of the computing curriculum. Our inspiring curriculum is an enhancement of the computing National Curriculum which prioritises key knowledge, skills, and cultural capital including significant individuals who have been influential in the world of computing and technology.
Our progressive curriculum allows children to fluently apply a growing range of knowledge, understanding and skills in order to create their own completed computing projects. Children should be aware of the technological world around them and how this impacts their own lives and could potentially influence the lives of people in the future.
Children should be consistently be made aware of the importance of digital citizenship and e-safety.
